Who is this seminar aimed at? This seminar is aimed at coaches from all sports, at all levels, who want to learn more about mental training techniques and how they can best develop confidence, focus, motivation and relaxation in the players they work with.

Facilitators Enda McNulty Enda is regarded as one of Ireland’s top performance consultants in both business and sport settings. He currently works with some of the country’s most accomplished athletes, including a number of members of the Irish Rugby squad, professional soccer players and Olympic competitors. On a personal level, Enda has represented Armagh for the past fourteen seasons, winning one All-Ireland medal, one All-Star award and six Ulster titles.
Kevin Clancy Kevin is a Sport Psychologist/Mental Coach. He recently returned from a stint in America, where he worked with IMG, the leading sports marketing firm in the world, at one of their academies in Florida. Here, he worked alongside some of the top mental coaches in the world and got an insight into the mental strength required to be successful at a world class level. He has experience of working in a wide range of sports, including professional golf, rugby, soccer, tennis, gaelic games, rally driving and cricket.Introducing Mental Training into Coaching: Developing Confidence, Focus, Motivation and Relaxation in Players Schedule of Events

7pm - 7.50pm Introduction to Mental Training The seminar will begin by examining the mental skills of top performers and looking at ways to develop these areas in all players.
7.50pm - 8pm Refreshment Break
8pm - 9pm Practical applications of Mental Skills We will begin to look at different ways that mental training can be incorporated into coaching.
9pm - 10pm Summary and Q&A A quick re-cap on the areas covered and a Q&A session with Enda and Kevin.
